I strongly advise other buyers to avoid ordering from this supplier. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and you risk losing your money and receiving unusable products. Ordered 1,000 stainless steel lunchboxes with silicone lids and dividers. Unfortunately, all lids arrived damaged and many dividers were stained. The supplier acknowledged the production fault and agreed to send replacement lids, but these were also delivered in the same defective condition. Despite admitting their mistake, the supplier refused to issue a refund and only offered discounts on future orders, leaving me with 1,000 unsellable lunchboxes plus defective replacement parts.
